BUG - Lost Tokens!

On Feb. 25, I started playing with DesktopGPT. I started out with 75,000 tokens. I made a few queries, to test it out and see how many tokens would be used. I used about 4500 tokens (if I added everything in the history up correctly). Then the app got wonky and would not launch.  Now it is working again and it says I have 15,000. tokens. Where did the rest of my tokens go!?!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues.If you check your DesktopGPT History, there you should be able to see how much total tokens spend. What is your total tokens count in there?

For all 3 queries I made, the total is 2,585.

Probably its an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
