Not skinning taskbar icon windows

I genuinely just want to understand why this happens, it's not a big deal, but it's the last thing missing to make my pc look like Windows 7.

The only third-party program I have installed is Explorer Patcher, but the taskbar's settings remained default.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe for taskbar buttons to get skin properly, you will need to have Stardock Start11 enhance taskbar enabled.
