Objectdock- number of install

Question

 

Good morning. Under the product description for the software purchase of objectdock, it's indicated that the software can be installed on up to five devices, however checking my account and attempting to install on a second device, it shows it is installed on 1 of 1 device. Can we clarify the differences between the purchase description (up to five installs) and the actual install limitations (1 of 1).

Have you actually installed Object Dock on a second machine and tried to activate it?

Yes. It indicated i have reached the maximum installs and suggested to deactivate the other install. I also checked the number of other installs and have just the one which was installed months ago.

Using the link that was provided, I opened a ticket with their support and they were able to resolve it.
