Regarding switching computers and Stardock products

Specifically, Windowblinds and Startup11

I have bought Startup 11 from Steam and Windowblinds from this site.

I was exploring the settings on the account section and I briefly read something about re-downloading your products with keys.

My questions are:

How would this work if I switch devices?

Would the Steam version be associated with my Steam account?

Moved to account and activation help area

Hello,

If you purchased via Steam, you will not need an activation key, you just need to install and activate via Steam. If you switching device, it is best to uninstall first from your old device before installing on your new device. As for direct purchased, just need to use this guide to deactivate old activation: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260585049/How+to+deactivate+Stardock+products

Thank you! I looked into it, but unlike what the guide shows, it shows me this: 

Is it normal?

I activated the product without a Stardock account first, then created one and linked the key to it.

Look like you're having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
