SparkMail Corrupt

I'm using Groupy 2.2 on a Win11 insider machine. I also recently installed SparkMail Desktop (3.22.8). Intermittently, the magnification of the window in Sparkmail increases so I only see about 1/4 of the screen and cannot click any of the buttons.  I asked help from Spark, who tried, but we concluded it was probably Groupy because the problem doesn't appear to happen outside Groupy.

 

Any suggestions on what I can do to get this to run properly in Groupy?

So this only happens when you have SparkMail grouped with another app or folder? Does it show this behavior with all apps or just specific apps? Are these screenshots taken while the app is maximized (Full Screen) or are they cropped? Does this happen if the group is not maximized or full screen?

I typically have in the group:

  • Chrome
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Teams
  • MS Phonelink
  • Sparkmail (when working)

I do not run Groupy full screen. However, when I've selected one of the apps, it fills the Groupy window.

The behavior I've seen is thus all for non-full-screen situations.

I have a two monitor setup and typically run the Groupy window in one monitor. Occasionally moving the Groupy window to the other monitor and back has "fixed" the problem, but not always.

Try taking apps out of the group, one at a time, to see if one of those apps in the group are causing this behavior.
