Happy May! Spring is sprung...a simple desktop, with blues and greens.

My desktop is Atlantis by adni18, port to Winstep (by the late Master Giz) of Dani's Acrylic 7's docks, wallpaper from Apple Monterey (green mode).

Quoting JuniorCrooks,

Thought that I would fire up Windowblinds, for the first time in a couple of years.

Great screenshot, JC! WindowBlinds Forever! It is still my go to program for desktop customization.

Thank you a bunch.

Speaking of the Titanic, here's a fun fact for you:  The Captain of the Titanic's private bathtub is still full of water.

Waves of hot weather here...so going with some cooler temperature walls and themes... Acrylic 7 by danilloOc with a transparent App style start menu ported to Winstep by the late Master WebGizmos. Fences 6 without Chamelion but with icon and font tinting. Wallpaper by adni18 (adni18_0100_48) sligntly modded by me. It'll also probably be my desktop for the June thread.

Thanks, Chuck. That setup is genuinely relaxing and when we had really dry desert heat, cooling.. at least psychologically.

I can see the psychology of it. Sometimes I put a beautiful wall of an iceberg on my desktop when it gets hot and sticky outside and it actually does seem to help! But when it gets really hot for an extended period I put my trusty window A/C unit in and then I genuinely feel cooler!:snowman:

Psychology goes only so far...but A/C? Well, put together with a cold  is great to beat the heat. ;)
