Invalid E-mail

I just reinstalled Windows and when I went to activate Multiplicity I get a message saying the e-mail is invalid, this is the e-mail I used to purchase the software and when I search my account it shows no purchases, what can I do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I am getting the message "email address is not valid for the product key" when installing Start 11 V2 on a second PC.  Nor will it allow me to activate with my email address. But I can login to my stardock account with that email address and I can see my recent purchase of Start 11 V2 (5 pack). What to do?
