What does "5 Active Installs" mean?

I was under the assumption that if I bought one key for Groupy, that I would be able to activate it on both of my computers.

However, when I go to activate it on my second computer, it says it's currently active on another computer and I need to purchase another key.

 

Am I doing something wrong, or is the is the product page lying?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please go your account page and click on (...) and see how many activations already under your license. Refer here for guide. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260191763/How+to+review+and+manage+your+current+activations. Check if you actually have "X current activation out of 5 total" listed under Groupy. Report back.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
