I Can't Find My New Software (Fences 6) In Downloads

I just upgraded from Fences 5 to Fences 6, and now I can’t find the new version anywhere in the My Downloads section of my Stardock account. That’s usually where I manage my product keys and licenses, but Fences 6 doesn’t appear at all. As a result, I can’t access the product key or remove a license from an old device. This is very frustrating. How do I fix this or get Fences 6 to show up?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
