Groupy activation error -212

Hi,

I encountered an error -212 while activating Groupy.

I have already tried the following methods (but none of them solved the problem):
1. Go to the path %ProgramData% and delete the Groupy folder in the stardock folder;
2. Uninstall and reinstall Groupy software using the Purge tool;
3. Clean boot Windows 11

Could you please help me to fix it, thanks.

Hi,

I purchased the activation code separately (from your authorized reseller).  Since it hasn't been successfully activated in the software, the activation code may not yet be linked to my email address.

I also cannot find the serial number linked to my email address in my Stardock account.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
