account shows no registrations or subscriptions but I paid and have receipt

I have had several accounts over the years: one for my desktop, one for my laptop, and one for my son. Now, it shows that one has expired.

One code should be current and active. 

Is this forum the only way to address this issue? It seems stupid to have to use a forum for activation. Who do I provide proof to, the forum readers?

I do have a receipt.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the"Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
