Failed to connect to the server and after login failed

my desktop GPT never worked since beginning. Always give me message that the server looks not responding. What should I do after installation? Maybe I did something wrong

Certain services have yet to be restored and DesktopGPT is one of them. We are working to restore it as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall DesktopGPT, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

I was initially skeptical of the above advice (which seemed like the old "Have you switched it off and on again ?" trope), but having tried it, I am happy to report that it actually worked (even though the version no of DesktopGPT is unchanged - 1.0.0.0).
