Product Key not linked to my Email

Fences 5

Last week I purchased fences 5 as a guest and was given a product key. I added this to fences. This morning, I received another alert that my fences trial has expired. The Key is no longer in my fences so I may have missed something in the activate process. I created account, but I am only able to locate the Key for fences 3 purchased years ago. My bank statement shows the purchase but I am unable to retrieve the key. for fences 5. Not sure what step to take next to recover.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This usually happen when there is error/typo in email address while purchasing, or if you purchase via paypal, the purchase product will auto link to your paypal email account. Please check it.

If all fail, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
