Ramma - Context is Fubared.  Monsatium doesn't fit any of the properties mentioned.  It's a fertilizer.

Monsan is needed for the "high end" construction of Kimberley's Refuge.

Granted I know of no weapon that uses it.

Would think it would only be used in weapons that go boom as most fertilizers can be.
