Game Crashing within 45mins

I provided all the details on the Steam technical support page for the game but I guess no one from Stardock monitors it so I'm posting here. Prevents me from playing the game more than 45mins. It can crash at the main menu or within about 45mins of the game. Monitor goes dark and the computer will crash or I have to reboot.

Hello! I was able to find your other report with details there. If I could ask some followup questions. May I ask what OS is being used on your computer, if there are any mods associated when you are playing, and if you could provide dxdiag? This does sound more like hardware issue with the monitors or computer than with the game like you mentioned, so I'm not sure how much assistance we can offer, but that info is a good starting point
