and even more bugs; permanent peace - WTF?

So this is neat - I am at 'permanent war' (a very stupid game mechanic, btw) with the Drath, but I cannot attack their planets so soon after declaring peace.  

Really?

Come on, Brad.  This is getting ridiculous.  I bought the game to compete against the other players, not Stardock's poor coding.  Who does the troubleshooting over there, Homer Simpson?

Hey, thanks for providing the save file! So, to my understanding, you were at normal war, then signed peace, and then entered the permanent war, which overlaps with the previously signed peace? Or was something different?

yes.  So now I am at war and cannot attack the enemy.  Cool beans.
