I cannot believe i finally get my wallpaper approved thanks guys - wanted to ask if this wallpaper goes public cos i couldnt see it when i logged out???

I see it, and it does look good

It does seem that with wallpapers, with most people it's "any colour as long as it's blue" though...but, TV companies use blue as a background a lot because they know its fairly neutral, so I guess it's related?
