Start11 Trial Lasted 24 Hours

I am trying Start11 on a new computer and so far it's been great, but I installed it yesterday, and today when I opened it to fiddle with the settings it's telling me my 30-day trial has ended. Is there any way to fix this? I had it for literally 24 hours before it decided it's been 30 days, for some reason. Is there any way to fix this? I want to continue the trial, I'm not sure why it suddenly says it's over.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Most probably due to you have do trial on any previous version of Start11. However, please try these steps mentioned here by Support: https://forums.stardock.com/495339/get;3751766. Change folder to look from "Deskscape" with "Start11".
