Purchase Supernova Edition Key

I bought Galactic Civilizations IV on Steam today in the Humble Bundle Sale, but it's the key for the base edition of Gal Civ IV.

Where can I purchase a key to upgrade to the Supernova Edition? I can't seem to find anything in the Steam page.

The Supernova Edition is the only version available on Steam. What make you say that you don't have the Supernova edition ?
