Start11 Activation help (Steam)

So, recently I reinstalled Windows, and wanted to install Start11. I opened Steam, downloaded the program, and after that I got this error:

I didn't create any account after first install, and I don't know how to deactivate the license when the system is reinstalled. So, yeah...
