Can you make the scrolling bar a little wider. It is very hard to grab quickly. It also would be nice to have the mouse wheel be able to scroll when over the menus.

02/12/25: I came here to post the same thing. Not sure if my version is different than yours but I can scroll while on the taskbar. I also wanted the scroll bar wider but scrolling while hovering over the taskbar works for me. Thanks for posting it!
EDIT 02/18/25: I can't scroll with my mouse over the taskbar if I have the "Allow taskbar to be resized" turned on in Taskbar > Configure Enhanced Taskbar. If I turn that off, I can scroll with my mouse. Just found that out today when one computer worked and one didn't.
