Export tech tree

Is there a way to export a particular tech tree as an excel file or pdf? This would be for offline viewing.

I know of no way to do that aside from screenshoting every tree However you can play the game offline.

Have not heard of that having been changed since 1995. For years it was the only way I could play Steam games
