Groupy can't start

Hello,Groupy opens the prompt after installation and does not run,Whether you want to start Groupy Click OK,Then it will prompt reinstallation,There will be the same error after reinstallation,There is no uninstall software in the control panel,Prompt invalid uninstall file,What is the reason?,Thank you

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 10/11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Groupy version number.
  3. Are you on ARM CPU base system.
  4. Did you restart after the installation?
