I would like to see the Hyperion shrinker function the way it did in GalCivs II and III. Any way to bring that back? I liked the ability to make the parts on the ship smaller.
I believe Draver has a mod for a buffed Hyperion shrinker 
Indeed I do! You can download it at https://www.galciv4.com/mods/manager under UP Bundle of Mods V1.9.30 or later. That particular mod can be found as the UP_MBC_Shrinker folder. Simply put it, or any other mod folders, into %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Mods and enable mods either in the game menu or under MODS in the launcher and you're good to go.
Note that a new game will be required to get gameplay mods working in your game.
