Help removing the text "All apps" from top of start menu

Haven't been able to find a way to do it yet and wondering if I'm just looking for something that isn't there

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has been able to remove or hide the text "All apps" from top of start menu? I've been unable to locate any setting or other forum post that mentions this. The only thing that I had hoped would work was installing a blank font and setting it as the "Header font" but this only ends up hiding the alphabet header throughout the apps list.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be amazing!

Thanks!

Hi Basj,

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I had already tried this option (and just tried it again) but this setting just disables the whole app list from showing on the start menu. Picture attached of what this setting change did.

Just to be clear; I still want all the programs shown on the start menu. I'm hoping to remove the top header that says "All apps" and ideally remove the alphabet header line items - but not too stressed about that as I can certainly live with those haha!

Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no option to disable the show all apps button on Windows 10 style.

Soo....what about other styles and settings to achieve a similar outcome? What about adding that option? If this is actually the extent of the support I'm very glad I haven't bought my licences yet. Without  some options I'll change over to startallback, explorerpatcher, open-shell, or retrobar and see what I can do with them. It's a bit of a shame as I've been using your software since the original object dock days but support and customisation options get worse with each passing year.

Unfortunately that is it. It is up to you to decide and that is why there is a 30 days trial to see if the software work for you. Appreciate you taking the time to test it.

I am pleased to say we have modified this for the Win10 style in the next S11 update as the all apps text was not in the original Win10 menu.  It will show if you are filtering the list however and for Win11 menus where it serves a purpose to return to the apps page.
