Here's a suggestion for the Start11 taskbar.

Note: I use the Beta (2.49) and have the taskbar autohide on the left.

Suggestion: Allow the Start Button to be put at the bottom of the taskbar and the clock and hidden icon arrow at the top. Basically be able to invert the position of the icons. At the same time choose to position the app icons top, center or bottom ordered top to bottom or bottom to top.
