Is there a way to prevent a pop-up window from being included in a group?

Is there a way to prevent a pop-up window from being included in a group? 

When I'm surfing the web, the size of the group is reduced to the size of the pop-up whenever a popup window arises. I think the problem will be solved if the pop-up opens in a separate window. Is there a way to prevent the pop-up from being included in a group (or prohibit automatic grouping)?

I resolved the problem by excluding Chrome from auto grouping.
I leave it for others will experience the same problem.

 

This option is too hidden, how about to "turn on/off option" to the setting pane?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Great to hear you've figure it out. Do know in Groupy configuration Windows there is tab on Grouping rules where all the rules can be manage.
