Can't get it to work - won't accept serial number

I can't authentice this - I bought the subscription - it won't accept the serial number.  How can I get help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like you might having account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

the issue is not with Fences it is with Deskscapes,  I cant deactivate this area is not showing up even afyer log in it only shows downloads and licenscant deactiate missing areaes no registered pcs or products HELP
