Gifting ship fleets to another AI Civ

Combat ships disappear. Can no longer build.

Before Gifting ships. The Prowler is greyed out due to lack of Gigamass.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After Gifting multiple ships. It added back an old version of the Intrepid and took all the others away.

Have you noticed this to be repeatable at all? Also do you happen to have a save or autosave before this occurs?
