Show background without blurring it

Hi. I want to achieve this same effect without having to blur blackground and without modifying my full transparency:

 

 

sIf I deactivate blur background i get this:

 

 

Is this possible? Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few things.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Fences full version number.

This is what I get on my system. With full transparency and blur turn off. When I hotkey Fences to be on top. It is a mess to me.
