Start 10 Installation

Recently purchased and downloaded file for Start 10 and have encountered problem from Microsoft.  Apparently as a result of a recent update, Microsoft requires that all apps installed on this version of Windows 10 be purchased through Microsoft Store.  Since Stardock is not available through that store, I am not sure how to install Start 10.  Any work arounds for this?

BTW, I have Start 10 installed on other PCs, so this program or the installation process is not new to me.  It's only due to Microsoft's recent decision to take over one's PC that seems to be the problem.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Go to the Windows 10 Settings>Apps>Apps & features, and at the top of the page select Anywhere in the pull-down menu.

Thanks for you help.  I never realized it was that simple, since a previous google search provided no simple solutions.
