Purchased Object Desktop but it's not available in "Purchase History" or "My Downloads"

Dear Community,
today i purchased Object Desktop but there are some issues, making it impossible to activate and get the software.
After purchasing Object Desktop, I got the mails containing the links and product key. But suddenly when trying to access my account, the website gets very slow (also tried to figure out if it's an issue with my connection, but all fine).
So when having good connection, the purchase is not listed anywhere. It doesn't matter which link from the mails I click or if I access directly from the website. I can't see it anywhere (downloads, subscriptions, history etc.), just an old subscription from 2017.
When I'm downloading Object Desktop and try to log in with product key + mail adress, it shows me the "Welcome Madjack92" pop-up, but stays at the login screen and nothing happens anymore.
So I tried to log in with my mail adress and password and getting logged in to Object Desktop. But then it wants me to buy or learn more about any program in it (But i already bought it!). Clicking on one of the links leads to my shopping cart with the app in it, from which the link was. Still cannot type in any product key.
The only thing is that it shows me i have a lifetime-license from 2017 (which is oddly expired and not usable anymore) and i should renew it with a subscription. But also here, i can't type in any key.
What i also tried:
-Request for a new mail with product key and download link (clicking on the link leads to a site, saying my subscription is expired)
-Trying all the links listed in the mails.
-Trying to fix the problem with the FAQ and support site.
None of the links from the support sites helps and it seems, that there is no solution in the FAQ for this (And it feels like running round in circles). I'm completely lost now and don't know what to do. It seems like Stardock didn't activate the newer subscription, but Paypal already did the payment and i got the verification mails and the key.
Does anybody have suggestions for that?
