Contradictory wording - Glowy Stinky Plants

The future Governor cannot decide the fate of these plants because they truly are indestructible. If you pick this option and install a Governor on the planet any hexes with the "Sticky Glowy Plants" cannot be cleared. Fix wording or fix ability to delete plants from hexes.

I might also recommend to the team to reword that one entirely away from stinky glowy plants. Thanks Sci-fi
