[SOLVED] Please bring back Notepad3 "tab-title bar one line" experience (as it seems to work well in Group 2.12)

  • Update: this is NOT an version issue, it's a feature that can be tuned by options in "General". Problem solved!

  • Notepad3+Groupy make perfect daily text editing experience, in Groupy 2.12. The Groupy tab stays inline with Notepad3's title bar, which looks and works great:

Windows 22H2 22621.2428, Groupy 2.12, Notepad3 (x64) 6.23.203.2

 

  • After updating to Groupy 2.2 (in my another PC), it seems that the tab bar and the title bar are separated to 2 different lines:

Windows 23H2 22631.4391, Groupy 2.2, Notepad3 (x64) 6.23.203.2

 

  • It would be great to bring back the "one-line tab-title bar experience" to Notepad3 as it does on many other apps. Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check your Groupy setting and see if you have select "integrate the tabs". This should make your Groupy tabs appear integrated into your titlebar.
