BUG - Mobile fleet beacon item

Hello friends,

I´ve found that when creating a Jikara Navigator from a starbase or capitalship or titan equiped with the mobile fleet beacon the Jikara navigator will get stuck outside phaselane or planet's orbit.

As you can see in the next image I created a Jikara and got stuck there -> I can select and issue every order but it won't move anymore.

That happened in 3 different games.

Most important thing is: If I scuttle the Jikara navigator game crashes -> sometimes do sometimes won't.

Hope you find a fix for this.
