Two accounbts...somehow

Somehow I ended up with two accounts, both of which can be logged into. I think one was created when the other one somehow got locked out. And it appears that my subscription got tied to the new of the accounts. I really want it to be on the much older one for the sake of how old it is. Member Since: 3/24/2001, User Number: 64. The older one is tied to [email protected] as both the user name and the email address. The other account is tied to user name Hawkeye666. Can I get my subscription tied to the older account instead of the new one, or do I need to wait for the current sub to expire and then log in and renew for the older one instead?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Account Merger / Email Change" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
