Blur in the Start Menu stops working without a reason

Hello,
I saw similar posts, but I didn't see any solution.
I'm using Start11 v2.11 on Windows 10.

When I boot up the system the Start Menu looks correct. It happens only once:

Then I open it a second time and the blur effect is gone, the Menu becomes transparent:

This is very frustrating. I tried reinstalling, but it changed nothing.

I use such settings and I don't change them:

Ok, I can see that it works after disabling transparency options in Windows settings... This more or less fixes the problem.
