Question on Effect Layers in Dream Maker Pro

Creating Effect Layers in Dream Maker Pro

I have been playing around with Dream Maker Pro, and I have only been able to create effect layers in rectangular shapes. Is it possible to create a trapezoid shaped effect layer, and if so, how?
