Request highlight pip for starbases on defense screen

Hello,

I think it would be helpful to have a highlight pip or number for starbases on the defense screen.  Right now, If i want to see if i've already built a starbase around a planet, i have to mouse-over to see if i have a starbase there.  The icon doesnt really highlight or anything, it looks "grey" either way.  

it looks like there is a little pip box like other building types have (e.g. resource extractors, Advent unity structure), but it never lights up, even if there is a starbase there.

I'm playing on Epic.

Hello!

I can see why you'd be interested in such a function. Im actually going to bring this to the discord suggestion channel where the public can vote on suggestions and requests to show interest before its taken to the team. If you haven't already Id invite you to join sometime
