Cannot activate

I purchased a Start11 V2 on November 1, 2023. For reasons not related to the product, I had to reinstall. On re-installation, the product says the software key is invalid.

If I try to register the key, it says it's already registered to another user. Can anyone help?

You might need to deactivate the original install first.
