Support Needed

Machine lockup

This is another thread, since I got no proper resolution to my problem.

I have reset the settings, uninstalled both machines and reinstalled, flipped the machines, and I keep running into the same problem where if my secondary machine loses a connection while being controlled, I lose all keyboard & mouse.

Starting another thread since it seems like older threads are being ignore.

I also try to call Stardock, but no humans.

Sorry for the troubles, going to need more information about this to try and resolve it:

  1. What version of Multiplicity are you running?
  2. What version of Windows are you running on the primary device, secondary device?
  3. Are your connections wireless or wired for network connectivity? And what is the hardware - Intel/AMD/ARM?
  4. Do you know what is dropping the connection to the other device? Is it going to sleep or is the connection dropping when it should not be?
  5. Any other info you can provide that helps us try and reproduce this in our lab is appreciated.

You stated in your other thread that you seemed to have resolved your issue.

Yesterday, you said you stated you had trouble again.  I have responded to it.

Please continue to work on it there.  Please to not create new threads.
