When restarting windows 11 computer, the program does not initialize. I have to go into the apps and start it from there. And it does not appear in Task Manager under Startup apps. I would like it to start automatically with computer restart. Thank you.

It has always started manually after reboot. It works, but does not start automatically. This is not a new install.

As I said, I want it to start automatically after a restart from shutdown, hibernate or sleep. I have to restart it myself after the system is rebooted.
It sounds like something is blocking the Start11 service from installing or starting.
Do you have any software which might speed up or optimise startup performance?
I have a new Dell computer. The drivers are up to date, the operating system is as well. I have two programs that have optimized the system. Apart from this, everything is running perfectly.
What are these two programs? And how they optimized your system? Change what get load on start up, maybe?

You keep asking questions and don't provide any useful information. I will fix this myself. You are useless here.
It is normal for Start11 not to be listed in Windows Startup Apps. That's not how it works. Basj is very knowledgeable on Stardock products and is just trying to help you diagnose your problem. Diagnosing a problem is often a back and forth of questions related to the issue at hand.
Something is not working properly on your system which is causing a disruption of the startup order or timing, which in turn is causing start11 not to load. That's why he asked what these two programs that optimize the system are doing.
Sorry you feel that you are not getting help. Good luck finding your issue. 
Yes, lot of time user might feel like going to see a doctor with your health issue, the doctor will have lot of questions to narrow down the issue.
