Cannot deactivate Space Monger

I wasn't able to deactivate Space Monger before doing a Clean Install of Windows 11. So, when I enter my product key after reinstallation of Space Monger and then attempt to deactivate, I get a message saying that it couldn't be deactivated because I have several product keys, therefore Stardock doesn't know which to deactivate, so I need to contact support.

Thanks for your reply, but for some reason, Spacemonger isn't listed, which is part of the problem.

This could be account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
