Start Menu Icons get stuck

In Start 11 v2.11 rearranging icons on the Start Menu with folders and icons of multiple sizes is problematic. Icons get stuck it a position and will not adjust as I drag an icon around. Is this a bug, known issue, or something I'm doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure on your issue. Need more information.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number, please use Winver.exe
  2. Post a video of the issue so we understand it better.
