Crash when revealing planets

So I've hit a bug where I get a crash when revealing a new planet.  It typically takes about 2 hours into a game but has happened with and without mods.  The most recent one was with mods after I fully deleted everything related to Sins2 on my computer.  Below is the crash data, I can post the log if that will help.

Has this issue persisted since without mods? If so:

To help collect details, it would be helpful if you ran the following support software
This software will arrive as a zip, once unzipped please run the batched executable which will run a command prompt. From there it will open your related Sins folder and youll see a new subfolder labeled Support_Date. Please Zip that file and send it over via dropbox link, google drive, or Discord DM. That new folder will basically contain system specs, logs, mods, save files, and more that can be very helpful.
