Guest checkout but no verification email

Hi, I've just done a guest checkout for Stardock11 and see a pending charge for $14.99 on my cc. I did not receive a verification email or activation link for the charge. What should I do to activate my software? I tried doing a lookup on the product installer and key retrieval page but it doesn't find an account for my email address. Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not received" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
