Start 11 V2 cannot be activated with my Start 11 product key

As the title says, I bought Start 11 5-pack bundle, and installed on my PC. There was an update Start 11 V2, once I installed it, it asks me to activate it, but none of my key work...

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This usually happen when there is typo in your email address when purchasing or there are times when the activation server down. For the second one, you just need to try activation again at a letter time. But, for the first one. I have the following: Start11 v1 [5-Pack]

I've tried a few times, and it still says "An invalid product key was entered"...

It's been days.

You have Start11 v1 and you're trying to activate Start11 v2, yes? Unfortunately, that will not work. You will need to purchase a new license key for Start11 v2. Your license key will only work on Start11 v1. Just like Fences v3 keys will not work on Fences v4 or v5.
