Radiance's Animosity does not correctly reduce damage taken

The damage reduction debuff affected by Psi power instead raises damage taken when applied to enemy units. At high Psi power (245 before ability use) this greatly counters the base effect on enemies. Tested against minor faction, images taken after receiving 1 full volley of phase missiles.

Thank you for the comparison and testing, I'm unsure if this is currently being addressed internally already, but Ill make sure it's shared with the team. The screenshots definitely help

It may be a while before it gets patched given my late posting but it's not addressed yet in test server.

Checked again after several months, no changes yet. If it was never intended to reduce damage taken could we get some confirmation on this?
