How to rotata buildings around a gravity well?

I found the keybindings, but they have no effect...

I remember a Youtube video where it showed we could rotate buildings around a planets gravity well, and I found keybindings for this. However, the feature doesn't seem to work. And there are no interface buttons for it. I have a saved game where the starting position of the factories is on the wrong side and I'd like to rotate them around. Rotation might take too much time anyway, but I'd like to know how this feature works.

1. Select the planet with structures you want to rotate (not structures themself).

2. Press Advanced Planet Actions button.

3. Click Rotate Planet Orbital Structures.

4. Move the mouse cursor to see how the positions of buildings change.

I think the keybinding would also work when the planet is selected.
