Can you tell me why my Start menu bar appears halfway?

Hello! My Start Menu bar appears to be cut in half (in half). Can you tell me if this is a Start 11 v2 bug or if there is any way to fix this?

My notebook uses Windows 11 Pro (23H2 - 22.635.4145) and the language is Brazilian Portuguese.
